Hi Alpha23, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m an independent artist. I’ve worked with various labels and artists over the years and decided to expand myself recently into a new role. Specifically, I work with other independent artists helping them achieve their goals in their careers.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The music industry is notorious for being populated by narcissistic individuals. This at times presents challenges but nothing that can’t be overcome. The artistic business side of the industry come easy to me and my team.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Specifically I’m a songwriter, singer and rapper. I have great relationships inside and outside the music industry that have allowed my team and I to excel. At this time I’m transition into helping artists succeed, which comes from all of the changes that have taken place in the music industry today. I’m proud of the team I’ve have built and we have amazing plans for the future.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Tons of credit goes to my marketing coordinator, “Ayee G.”, she is a Godsend. My executive team consisting of my lawyer, And two amazing business partners who bring an amazing breath of knowledge and experience focussed inside and outside of music industry.
The newest additions to the team are a young artist by the name of Andrew Steele, whose visual gifts exceed anything I’ve seen in a long time. I see a bright future for this young man in the world of art and NFTs. Also huge shout outs to Jeff Gold and the NearHub team, we’ll soon be revealing something unmatched, in terms of Web3 solutions!
